John Lewis renews Omnichannel contract with iForce
Leading retail logistics provider, iForce, has renewed its online fulfilment services contract with John Lewis for a further three years. iForce has been partnering John Lewis since the establishment of its renowned and award winning website proposition in 2001, and has been instrumental in supporting John Lewis’ dynamic growth in this area during this period. Since these early days of UK on-line retail, this important strategic partnership has provided iForce with a solid and dynamic foundation on which to build its market leading Omni-channel service proposition.
The award-winning logistics specialist, iForce, is a key partner in John Lewis’ renowned and respected customer proposition and handles up to half of John Lewis’s fulfillment needs from a 238,000 sq ft fulfillment centre in Redditch, Birmingham, which distributes orders to thousands of consumers a week. Over the years iForce has worked alongside John Lewis in pioneering the likes of Click and Collect from their high street stores; offering customers the widest possible delivery options including to nearly 200 Waitrose stores.
Through its extensive expertise and proprietary warehouse management system, SMaRT, iForce has helped its clients, such as John Lewis to achieve excellent standards of consumer service.
