iForce retains its Silver Investors In People award

Three years after achieving its first Silver Investors In People accreditation, iForce is delighted to report that it has maintained the Silver award level, ensuring that iForce remains in the 3% of UK companies to have achieved this.

The IIP Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results, based on 25 years of leading practice. The Investors in People Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

“iForce is immensely proud of maintaining this Investors In People accreditation, especially having almost doubled in size over the last 3 years. The hard work and dedication of our colleagues has helped us to achieve this business growth and we believe that our continued investment in the way we manage our colleagues is key to our continued business success.” iForce CEO Brian Gaunt commented.

IIP auditor, Mike Bramall, added, iForce fell just short of the Gold accreditation, but has shown significant improvement in a number of important areas of people-management since the last review in 2013.  This is particularly pleasing given the amount of change that the company has undertaken since the last review.  Improving the consistency of people-related activities across the whole of the business will go a long way to helping iForce achieve Gold award in the future.

I have really enjoyed working with iForce during this review and have met some truly talented and dedicated people who show a real awareness of the importance of investing in people and of the positive impact it can have on your business.”

Since 1991 Investors in People has set the standard for better people management and we are one of 14,000 organisations across 75 countries that have been internationally recognised.
