iForce offers a real software alternative to the retail carrier marketplace with Route Genie

iForce Ltd today launches its commercial software package Route Genie (carrier marketplace), providing advanced carriage management capability for retailers. Involving a multi-million pound investment the software is the latest development of the carriage routing system used by iForce, over the last 10 years to route millions of parcels for their fulfilment clients like Waitrose, Paperchase and Fortnum and Mason.

Route Genie will be made available as a stand-alone software package (SaaS) to the whole of the Retail sector. The base product comes with 24/7 support as standard, flexible pricing and with a bespoke account contact for each client.

“Route Genie is an exciting new software application, born out of our years of experience working with carriers and retailers.  It will now  offer software with a tried and tested heritage as an true alternative in the carriage marketplace for the first time. As the brand name suggests, Route Genie is in the business of making retail wishes a reality and from day one will focus on offering retailers easy intuitive software, flexible pricing and 24-hour technical support all as standard – and that’s just for starters.

“Route Genie software has been developed from a retail logistics perspective by iForce, based upon our extensive experience of servicing e-commerce businesses. We have spent a great deal of time and money to take our base carriage management software, used by many of our existing client to a new level of operational and customer service capability to produce a product that can be sold as SaaS to retailers who currently don’t use our logistics services.  Flexible pricing will complete a package that is driven entirely by the retailer and our cloud-based software platform is easy to use and will have retailers up and running within a matter of hours.” Geoff Taylor, Route Genie Managing Director
