iForce awarded fulfilment deal by Prezzybox.om

iForce has secured a new contract to provide a range of fulfilment services to Prezzybox.com, which offers a complete online gift solution to customers. 

Under the terms of the deal, Prezzybox.com will utilise iForce Gateway, the multichannel order fulfilment and warehouse management solution powered by the proprietary software SMART, from the company’s 300,000 square feet multi-client warehouse in Corby, Euro Hub. 

Additionally Prezzybox will be deploying iForce Pathfinder, the innovative carrier management solution that is provided through the iForce Route Genie software. This will enable Prezzybox.com to manage the allocation of parcels to the most appropriate carriers based upon weight, service requirement and cost as well as providing Prezzybox customer service team with a consolidated view of carrier performance thus enabling delivery exceptions to be managed pro-actively.
