Account Executive - Stoke

Type: Full Time

Days and Hours of Work: rotating 6-2 / 10-6 weekly

Role Purpose: To continually build the client relationship through the provision of excellent service, by providing client delight through innovation and exceptional service levels. Acting as one of the Client’s key contacts, both internally and externally, provides this role with great breadth and challenges.

    Key Skills

  • Ability to produce accurate client invoices and supporting backup within the expected time frame using the companies finance system

  • Chasing non-client related debt

  • Understanding where services requested by the client are not within the remit of the contract. Communicate these to the KAM/SGM for a variation / amendment to the contract to be reviewed.

  • Display excellent knowledge of all iForce’s systems
  • Manage and log ad hoc reporting requests
  • Manage communication flow to ensure swift resolution of IT related issues
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Client set up

Communicating & Influencing

  • Dialogue with the client, whether written or verbal should always be courteous and professional.

  • Enquiries should be dealt with effectively, providing relevant information, in a timely manner with full explanation.

  • As part of the Client Services Team the Account Executive will act in the best interests of the client; consistently looking to enhance the service we provide and helping to implement these solutions successfully.
