Warehouse Colleague x 50  – Stoke

Working days/hours: Any 5/7 days between 6:00am and 10:00pm

Number of roles: 30 – x20 full time and x10 part time

Role Purpose: To Receive, Check /Pallet Build/ Put away, and Despatch customer product to the required quality standards, accuracy, efficiency and performance levels whilst maintaining the highest levels of Health, safety, welfare and security throughout the undertaking of requirements within warehouse.

Key Accountabilities:To ensure product received from Client’s Distribution Centres and or Clients Preferred Suppliers is handled/stored and Received through Rescue system, thereby, allowing accurate recording / movement and storage throughout the Warehouse Operation in a safe and timely fashion. To ensure the Receipt/ put away and dispatch of product within the Warehouse and Rescue system is carried out in a safe, timely and accurate manner.


Ensure the use of consumable packaging and materials is done so in line with packaging standards as defined by iForce Group or Client packaging standards. Record the receipt, issue and use of consumable packaging and materials as required through laid down procedures as issued within the Warehouse Operations Procedures.

Receipt /Storage / Stock movement

Ensure all products in line with customers/clients specifications and quantities are Received/Putaway/Pallet built/Despatched to meet with required SLA standards.

Key Skills:

  • Experience within a warehouse environment is useful, enthusiasm, drive and a can do attitude

  • Communication skills; and ability to work on own initiative and to strict productivity targets

  • Numerical and reading skills to complete computer/paperwork tasks; attention to detail required
