We offer a full management service that encompasses; carrier selection, price negotiation, day to day management of carriers and the service levels that they are providing down to individual customer and parcel level.
Alternatively we can provide the carriage management software capability to our clients, allowing them to manage this on their own behalf.
At the heart of iForce Pathfinder is our carriage management software, Route Genie. This bespoke, purpose-built technology is effortless to maintain, cost effective and simple to operate. It enables retailers to choose parcel routing based on a rules engine defined by the client, usually including weight, dimensions, cost and customer service expectation.
Route Genie efficiently manages the delivery process by providing complete control and visibility over; the management of carriers, optimising the processing of collections and labelling through to track and trace (including the retailers own internal transport networks) all the way to the final destination.
Route Genie has been developed following a multi-million pound investment into an existing carriage management capability that had been deployed by our clients over many years. This recent investment allowed us to build the additional functionality to establish our software as industry leading, as well as providing a technology platform that makes it available as SAAS to any client wishing to despatch parcels to a customer.
