iForce commenced its operational solution from November 2007 and since then there as been a constant flow of enhancements introduced to ensure maximum asset recovery.

Through its ReSCU Returns Processing Management System, iForce process, grade and segregate items based on pre set criteria agreed with Screwfix.

The grading of product has enabled iForce to increase recoup items by 62% as well as ensuring Return to Supplier Agreements are fully adhered too, thereby maximising cash flow.

In addition, iForce provide a full onward sales solution through its specialist division, BuyForce. 

Through BuyForce, recovery rates have increased significantly beyond previous levels and offer the most appropriate sales channel for bulk pallets dispositions and single items.

During the past four years, iForce has continued to focus on service delivery and throughout this time never failed a contractual KPI.
