A solution to allow close management of items returned to the supply chain from stores and direct from consumers.

The ReSCU (Reverse Stock Control Utility) system has flexibility to allow integration into the store supply chain to monitor returns from the till back to the warehouse or to receive 'blind' from customers. The former is able to closely track supply chain losses and wastage, whilst allowing for slick management of the returns process. Once in the warehouse the ReSCU system manages disposition routes based on rules set by the client. Typically these Disposition Routes would be driven by Supplier, Item, or Product status. This inherent adaptability also allows for the routing of stock to be managed from item level up to Pallet level. Ultimately this means stock can easily be managed irrespective of how it is disposed.

When the stock leaves the warehouse facility individual items can be tracked along with any revenue associated. This information can be passed back to the client for onward Financial management.

The ReSCU system is integrated with SMaRT (and thus IRS) to allow both e-commerce outbound and returns to be fully managed in either direction. Sales into returns and returns out to sales are both capabilities of iForce and its solutions.
