iForce brings in former LIVING TV PR
to set up in-house PR department
iForce, the UK's leading e-fulfilment and returns logistics business, has appointed former LIVING TV Senior PR Manager, Jessica Littlewood, to set up an in-house PR function for the first time.
With clients such as John Lewis, Tesco, Waitrose Wine, Sainsburys, VTech and Screw Fix, iForce is a pioneering driver in the e-fulfilment and returns logistics world, fuelling the need for a bespoke in-house PR function to bring iForce to the forefront of news relating to their sector.
Jessica’s role is to launch iForce onto social media platforms, drive internal communications, manage the iForce website - iforcegroup.com, and prioritise brand awareness in all their activity to ensure iForce remain the voice of the industry. She will report into Geoff Taylor, Director of Client Services.
Over the last ten years, through its bespoke internally developed systems and the unrivalled experience of its staff, iForce has won and maintained contracts with some of the UK’s premium and biggest retail brands. By offering a full 360® service for e-fulfilment and return logistics, they have helped to drive retail sales through online and, more recently, through click and collect services in store.
Jessica, 33, started her PR career working on Classic FM and launching digital radio stations such as Planet Rock, as well as lobbying for new radio licences around the UK.
Moving into television in 2003, Jessica worked on youth brand Trouble Television, games entertainment channel Challenge and for the last 7 years on flagship female skewed channel LIVING, now known as SKY Living. She was also part of the award-winning Broadcast Channel of the Year team in 2005. For LIVING, Jessica worked on consumer and trade events, trade press, domestic and abroad celebrity press tours and brands including Britain’s Next Top Model, Grey’s Anatomy, Most Haunted, and Four Weddings.
New PR Manager for iForce, Jessica Littlewood, said “Having worked in television and radio for the past 12 years, this departure into e-commerce is a very exciting one for me, especially as I’ll be setting up their in-house PR. It’s a fresh arena for me to apply my PR knowledge and help iForce go from being one of the industry’s best kept secrets to being rightly recognised as a market leader by its competitors.”
Geoff Taylor, Director of Client Services for iForce said: “We are delighted to welcome Jessica to iForce and believe her extensive experience will quickly provide us with a PR platform on which we can communicate to a wider audience and deliver added value to our prospective and existing clients.”
