Malcolm Cooper joined iForce as Finance Director in September 2010. Malcolm is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience of senior financial roles within the logistics sector.

Malcolm worked within the accountancy profession with Hays Allan and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Malcolm then joined the BOC Group's worldwide audit function before transferring to BOC Distribution Services, now GIST, where he undertook a variety of central and European finance manager roles.

Malcolm joined Acal plc in 1999 and enjoyed five years as Finance Director of EAF (UK) Limited, their UK computer parts distributor, before progressing to be part of the Acal Group Senior Management team as Group Financial Controller and latterly Group Finance Director.

Malcolm is experienced in all areas of finance and has led businesses through significant growth as well as managing a number of major corporate transactions.
