Mark Needham joined iForce in March 2007 as Head of Integrations, with many years experience of leading major projects within 3PL, Retail Supply Chain and IT.

Having previously worked for Mothercare, NFC and Excel Logistics, he spent many years with Hays Logistics, both within the UK and Europe, with responsibility for Business Development and Implementations. In addition, Mark has over 15 years experience in Logistics Operations, having previously been responsible for setting up and operating Marks and Spencer Home Delivery with Hays specialist distribution, a 650,000 sq ft seasonal stock DC for B&Q, with a staff of 550 and re-engineering Allders supply chain, delivering a £1.5m saving.

Being a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner, Mark has a proven track record in successfully leading programmes of business change.
