Judith joined iForce in December 2003 and comes from a background of high growth and change businesses in the service sectors of Retail and Hospitality.

Judiths career began with Trust House Forte, finishing in hotels in - The Radisson Edwardian Group, working in General Management and later specialising in HR. Judith moved to the retail sector in the early 90's. Working for FTSE 100 companies such as Dixon's, PC World and the Kingfisher group (all with turnovers in excess of £800m). She has headed up teams of 30+ staff, latterley as Director of HR for QVC (US business), before joining iForce.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), studied strategic HR at Kingston Business School and is an alumni member of Ashridge Business School. Her particular areas of expertise are HR strategy, People Development, Performance Management and Change - to deliver talent for growing businesses.
